Support development of multi-year strategic plans at the enterprise and business unit levels
Conduct market, competitor, and customer research to identify trends, risks, and growth opportunities
Analyze internal performance data to identify key strategic insights and performance drivers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., Operations, Finance, Innovation, HR, Technology, etc.) to inform strategic priorities
Support business case development for new initiatives, partnerships, and M&A assessments
Build executive-level presentations and briefing materials for strategic planning sessions
Partner with Strategy Execution and Recognition teams to monitor progress and performance of core strategic initiatives
Requirements
High school diploma required
6 years of related professional experience, including 2-5 years of experience in management consulting or corporate strategy with exposure to the Property & Casualty industry
Experience supporting strategic planning cycles, including long-range planning
Proven competitive benchmarking, industry trend analysis, and financial modeling skills
Experience collaborating with cross-functional peers and executive leadership
Bachelor’s degree and completion of MBA a plus
Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset
Proficiency in financial modeling, scenario analysis, and synthesizing complex data sets
Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills
Ability to clearly communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
