You will search LinkedIn and other platforms for suitable candidates for our open roles.
You will build and maintain our talent pools — working in a structured, diligent way with attention to detail.
You will proactively reach out to promising candidates and follow up to keep them engaged.
You will support the team with small reports and ensure no one falls through the cracks.
Candidate Management (approx. 50%)
You will guide candidates through the recruitment process — from the initial contact to the signed offer.
You listen carefully, take preferences seriously, and make candidates feel they are in good hands.
You will assist with interviews, help prepare offers together with us, and remain approachable and responsive.
You will help create the perfect match between candidate and company — or forward promising talent to the sales team.
Requirements
You don’t need to be a professional — interest, motivation and enthusiasm for recruiting are completely sufficient.

You are communicative, open and enjoy proactively approaching others.
You work in a structured and conscientious way — even when things get busy.
