• Active Sourcing (approx. 60%) - You independently identify and approach suitable candidates via LinkedIn & other channels, with a clear focus on conversion (no mass outreach)
• You independently build talent pools and develop a strong sense for relevant profiles in e‑commerce and marketing
• You manage follow-ups in a structured, data-driven way to optimize response rates
• You work closely with the Head of Recruiting to continuously improve sourcing strategies
• Candidate Management (approx. 40%) - You actively support candidates throughout the entire process—from initial contact to handover to the client
• You conduct first screening calls and evaluate candidates against clear criteria
• You assist in preparing candidate profiles and presentations for clients
• You will take on responsibility for individual candidate processes early on and can have direct influence on placements

Recruiting & Active Sourcing Intern, 6 Months

Manager

• You are responsible for planning, tracking and documenting all project-related tasks in close collaboration with the team, while keeping schedules and priorities in view.
• You are in charge of the administrative organization and smooth scheduling of our events (entirely digital – no on-site presence or creative participation required).
• You manage structured alignment and timely coordination of all involved internal and external stakeholders as part of event preparation.
• You ensure continuous process optimization and the maintenance of high quality standards to guarantee smooth event execution.
• You contribute to optimizing our processes and make sure our events are planned and executed even more efficiently. IMPORTANT: This role is primarily a project management position rather than a traditional event management role.

Project Manager – Start-up

• You take on the structured alignment and timely coordination of all internal and external stakeholders involved in event preparation
• You ensure the continuous optimization of processes and the maintenance of high quality standards to guarantee seamless event execution
• You help optimize our processes to ensure our events are planned and executed even more efficiently

• Active Sourcing (approx. 50%) You will search LinkedIn and other platforms to identify suitable candidates for our open positions.
• You will build and maintain our talent pools — working in a structured, conscientious way with attention to detail.
• You will reach out to promising candidates directly and follow up to keep them engaged.
• You will support the team with small reporting tasks and ensure no candidate falls through the cracks.
• Candidate Management (approx. 50%) You will guide candidates through the recruitment process — from first contact to offer acceptance.
• You will listen carefully, take candidates' preferences seriously and make them feel they are in good hands.
• You will assist with interviews, help prepare offers together with the team and always keep an open ear for candidates' concerns.
• You will help create the perfect match between candidate and company — or forward exciting candidates to the sales team.
