About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Successfully placing/headhunting candidates for our clients (80% via active sourcing and our internal candidate pool)
Responsible for the entire recruiting process — from initial candidate outreach and applicant management to contract negotiations
Account management / Customer Success — ensuring client satisfaction through reporting and client management
Optimizing recruiting processes and our service offering in collaboration with our Head of Recruiting
NO client acquisition — you do not have to win recruiting mandates; you can fully focus on recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need

At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a similar role
At least 4 years of professional experience gained through internships, working-student roles, or other jobs
Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
Ability to demonstrate resilience and to remain calm under pressure
Proven success in headhunting and candidate management
Professional demeanor with candidates and clients
Confident user of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
Willingness to occasionally work on weekends — in return you will receive a very attractive performance commission
