About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Successfully placing/headhunting candidates for our clients (80% via active sourcing and our internal candidate pool)
  • Responsible for the entire recruiting process — from initial candidate outreach and applicant management to contract negotiations
  • Account management / Customer Success — ensuring client satisfaction through reporting and client management
  • Optimizing recruiting processes and our service offering in collaboration with our Head of Recruiting
  • NO client acquisition — you do not have to win recruiting mandates; you can fully focus on recruiting

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a similar role
  • At least 4 years of professional experience gained through internships, working-student roles, or other jobs
  • Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
  • Ability to demonstrate resilience and to remain calm under pressure
  • Proven success in headhunting and candidate management
  • Professional demeanor with candidates and clients
  • Confident user of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Willingness to occasionally work on weekends — in return you will receive a very attractive performance commission
