Junior Headhunter, Recruiter
A-Level CapitalRecruiter at A-LEVEL responsible for placing candidates in a growing E-Commerce agency. Focused on candidate sourcing and recruitment processes without client acquisition.
About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Successfully placing/headhunting candidates for our clients (80% via active sourcing and our internal candidate pool)
- Responsible for the entire recruiting process — from initial candidate outreach and applicant management to contract negotiations
- Account management / Customer Success — ensuring client satisfaction through reporting and client management
- Optimizing recruiting processes and our service offering in collaboration with our Head of Recruiting
- NO client acquisition — you do not have to win recruiting mandates; you can fully focus on recruiting
Requirements
What you’ll need- At least 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, ideally in a similar role
- At least 4 years of professional experience gained through internships, working-student roles, or other jobs
- Excellent German and English skills, written and spoken
- Ability to demonstrate resilience and to remain calm under pressure
- Proven success in headhunting and candidate management
- Professional demeanor with candidates and clients
- Confident user of recruiting platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter
- Willingness to occasionally work on weekends — in return you will receive a very attractive performance commission
