About the role
- Active Sourcing Manager (50%)
- Filling the candidate pipeline for assignments with many strong potentials
- Candidate research using LinkedIn Recruiter
- Managing pipelines and candidate pools in LinkedIn Recruiter and our internal CRM
- Initial outreach & follow-ups to candidates
- Reporting and communication to candidate management and project management
- Candidate Management (50%)
- Communicating with candidates who are actively in the application process
- Capturing and processing candidates' wishes and needs
- Preparing, conducting & evaluating candidate interviews
- Initiating, preparing and closing job offers and contracts with candidates, and supporting our clients with this process
- Acting as a communication interface between the company and candidates
- Referring candidates to the Sales team who drop out of the process but are suitable for other positions
Requirements
- Ideally 1–2 years of experience as a working student in Recruiting – you know the processes and bring hands-on experience.
- If you don’t have experience but are highly motivated – let’s talk!
- Strong communication skills & enthusiasm – you enjoy engaging with candidates and can excite them about new opportunities.
- High empathy & people skills – you understand what motivates talent and can put yourself in others’ shoes.
- Structured & independent working style – you organize yourself efficiently and find pragmatic solutions.
- Result-oriented & persistent – you follow through and remain composed under pressure.
- Open & outgoing – you love working with people and build relationships quickly.
- Work closely with an experienced founder & CEO who previously built a marketing agency with 40 employees.
- Gain first-hand experience in building a company from the ground up.
- Take on significant responsibility – we don’t differentiate hierarchically between full-time employees and working students.
