About the role
- Help shape local care models, expand insurance contracts, and create a launch-pad to build or grow your own independent practice.
- Advise on state regulations, cultural nuances, and care-model innovation.
- Advise on policies and outcome metrics to ensure evidence-based, family-centered care.
- Act as the primary credentialed provider for the group when applying to commercial and Medicaid plans in your state.
- Use and critique the all-in-one tech stack to guide product improvements.
- If desired, start seeing clients on our platform and build your own practice.
Requirements
- Active BCBA license in good standing in Massachusetts.
- License to practice in multiple states a plus.
- Familiarity with payer credentialing or utilization-management processes is a plus.
- Passion for expanding equitable autism care and experimenting with outcome-driven models.
- Enjoys autonomy and remote, flexible collaboration.
