Cloud Engineer

• Support of a client’s Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including response to any internal escalations
• Communicate ticket status information to all team members and escalate cases to appropriate staff as necessary to ensure cases are closed in a timely fashion.
• Interact with clients to identify IT issues, troubleshoot expediently, and follow up on issues via email, ticketing system, and phone calls. Communicate technical issues and solutions with clients in business terms.
• Install, configure, and administer client systems in Azure to improve client’s infrastructure.
• Configuration and tuning of cloud-based tools, managing cost, security, and compliance for the client’s environments.
• As part of proactive maintenance plans, help execute monthly maintenance of the Azure infrastructure, including patching, backups and disaster recovery.
• Lead the implementation and optimization of cloud network solutions across complex client environments.
• Oversee the deployment and integration of hybrid network solutions, ensuring seamless connectivity and performance.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including network diagrams, configuration standards, and operational procedures.
• Automate network provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Bicep or Terraform.
• Create and maintain updated documentation for each client’s environment.
• Promote best practices to enhance and improve organizational processes.
• Participate in weekly discussions with clients to review outstanding issues and changes and discuss proposals for improving the client’s environment.

Senior Cloud Engineer – Managed Services

Data Engineer

• Lead support of client’s Azure Data platform and Power BI Environment, including response to any escalations while helping to analyze and resolve incidents for customers environment.
• Consult, develop, and advise on solutions in Microsoft Azure with tools such as Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Azure ML, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, and Power BI.
• Consult, develop, and advise on Power BI, including governance, strategy, report development, performance.
• Consistently learn, apply, and refine skills around data engineering and data analytics.
• Proactively mentors junior team members and actively gives feedback on their work and performance.
• Design and deploy data pipelines, models, and AI-driven solutions for clients in various industries.
• Understand and work with customers on licensing involving Microsoft data solutions and understand the limits/advantages of each licensing platform.

Data Architect – Managed Services

Support Engineer

• Serve as the main point of contact for office technology inquiries, including:
• Door access systems
• Workstation issues
• CCTV system troubleshooting
• Network and Wi-Fi inquiries (guest and main)
• Teams room equipment
• Printer-related support
• Handle technology queries from visitors such as executives, clients, and training attendees.
• Assist with meeting room and Teams Room equipment setup and troubleshooting.
• Manage the sending and receiving of laptops for onboarding/offboarding processes.
• Coordinate with the in-house driver for equipment deliveries and replacements.
• Reformat and prepare laptops for redeployment.
• Participate in end-of-month and end-of-year inventory audits.
• Organize and maintain the IT room.
• Autopilot enrollment devices in Intune and ensure proper setup.
• Handle password and MFA reset tickets for GDC users within the assigned shift.
• Escalate unresolved technical issues to the Business Systems Team as necessary.
• Provide support during executive, client, and training visits.
• Be receptive to feedback and maintain trustworthiness in handling high-value equipment.
• The schedule will be Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM (PH Time), but it may be extended based on business needs. Weekend shifts may also be required if necessary.

IT Support Technician

• Conduct customer discovery meetings to determine reporting requirements
• Understand and work with customers on Power BI Licensing, and understand the limits/advantages of each licensing platform
• Create well-performing star schema data models for use with Power BI, including properly&nbsp;calculated columns and measures
