Role Overview:
Lead the regional go-to-market strategy, creating and executing tailored plans that align with the global strategy while adapting to local needs.
Build and grow sales pipelines, identifying key opportunities, managing the full sales cycle, and forecasting growth in your region.
Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to adapt messaging and materials, ensuring a strong local customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead Regional GTM Strategy: Define and execute a bespoke go‑to‑market plan for pilot offerings—aligning with global strategy, tailored to local nuances and verticals.
Build and Scale Sales Pipelines: Identify high-impact pilot opportunities, manage full-cycle sales from prospecting to closing, and forecast pipeline growth in your region.
Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to shape localized messaging, assets, and customer journey frameworks.
Coach & Mentor: Guide and develop local sales or pilot execution team members. Amplify best practices across regions.
Deliver Results: Own regional KPIs: pilot adoption rate, conversion to scale, ARR/ACV growth, regional revenue targets.
Key Requirements:
10+ years of experience in media sales or measurement strategy—especially within pilot or beta-stage offerings
Proven track record in selling to large brand/agency clients, utilizing data/measurement-led value propositions
Deep understanding of measurement solutions: MTA, attribution models, incrementality testing, marketing analytics
Strategic thinker with strong regional network and go‑to‑market planning experience
Exceptional cross-border stakeholder management, negotiation skills, and commercial acumen
Excellent English and Portuguese proficiency (writing and verbal)
Comfortable working in a fast-paced SaaS/beta environment with ambiguity and quick pivoting
Experience managing or influencing across cross-functional teams (e.g., Product, Marketing, CS)
