Team Leadership & Management - You’ll lead and mentor the Outbound Marketing Automation and Marketing Research leads, guiding their teams while overseeing daily operations. By fostering a culture of accountability and growth, and through regular 1:1s and team meetings, you’ll ensure alignment, motivation, and strong performance.
Outbound Strategy & Execution - You’ll oversee the outbound marketing strategy end-to-end, from targeting and prospecting to messaging and engagement. A key focus will be building scalable, automated campaigns across LinkedIn and other B2B channels, while refining processes to maximize impact.
Data, Research & Insights - You’ll collaborate with the Marketing Research team to identify high-value accounts and opportunities, while analyzing campaign data to deliver insights that boost conversions and ROI. Staying on top of trends in automation and buyer behavior will keep outbound efforts effective and innovative.
Collaboration & Alignment - You’ll align outbound campaigns with broader sales and marketing strategies, ensuring smooth integration with GTM initiatives. Your work will drive strong lead flow, clear processes, and effective follow-up to support overall growth.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in B2B outbound marketing, with at least 1 year in a management role, ideally within high-growth or SaaS organizations.
Experienced people manager with a track record of leading both direct and indirect reports.
Expertise in automation-driven outbound campaigns, especially LinkedIn outreach, supported by hands-on experience with tools like Clay, Make, and other automation platforms.
Skills in GTM strategy, reporting, and optimization across outbound channels, with a strong analytical mindset to interpret data, identify trends, and act quickly.
Passion for outbound marketing, staying ahead of emerging trends, tools, and best practices, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.
