Oversee the full product development lifecycle together with product, engineering and UX teams—from discovery, definition and development to pre-launch and launch strategies for products/features to drive awareness.
Monitor adoption and revenue growth across our verticals from both B2C and B2B perspectives.
Act as situational leadership on high-impact projects within the Product Marketing team for OLX portals, serving both B2B and B2C segments.
Participate in strategic Product Marketing discussions related to operating verticals and ensure execution by coordinating with all cross-functional teams involved.
Build strong cross-functional relationships and collaborations with product, sales, customer success, commercial and marketing teams.
Develop deep expertise in our key segments (real estate, autos and goods) to create targeted positioning and messaging that drive acquisition, conversion and expansion of B2B and B2C customers.
Work closely with product teams, participating from development and value-proposition creation through MVP to Go To Market, and collaborate with the commercial team to monitor product feedback and create plans to improve professional customer satisfaction.
Contribute to market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and the competitive landscape.
Understand, document and maintain buyer and seller journeys and personas and the ideal customer profiles for OLX, ZAP and VR, including where they get information and who, what, when and why drives their purchase decisions.
Build positioning frameworks and product messaging that are compelling and consistent with the company’s overall narrative.
Partner with marketing to develop internal and external marketing strategies to drive product/feature awareness and adoption across marketing channels.
Lead pre-launch, launch and post-launch activities for features and products, measuring their success.
Collaborate with leadership, technical and operations teams to monitor product performance and continuously follow up on product and feature launches under your responsibility, ensuring market success and adoption.
Build robust processes, systems, tools/solutions, workflow optimization and automation to increase operational efficiency and productivity.
Analyze and summarize product issues and pain points to recommend product improvements.
Requirements
Experience in Product Marketing at technology or retail companies.
Expertise in Product Marketing and certification from the Pragmatic Institute, Product Marketing Alliance or equivalent.
Ability to lead and communicate effectively with other areas such as sales, product, engineering and marketing.
Experience developing compelling positioning and marketing content for B2B and B2C products, including translating technical features into clear, customer-facing benefits.
Outstanding storytelling skills and the ability to communicate and translate technical topics into business value.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, business acumen and the ability to create senior-level presentations.
Decisive profile, critical but flexible thinker, able to act and adapt quickly in a dynamic, fast-changing and fast-paced environment.
