About the role
- Assist in collecting data for market, competitive and customer behavior analyses.
- Populate and maintain Product Marketing frameworks up to date (e.g., messaging matrices, persona documentation).
- Contribute to defining the Value Proposition and messaging under supervision.
- Provide essential support in creating, reviewing and distributing sales collateral and educational materials (presentations, one-pagers, etc.).
- Draft initial sales enablement materials, ensuring communications follow positioning guidelines.
- Ability to translate basic product features into clear, value-focused messaging, with support from senior team members.
Requirements
- Theoretical knowledge and practical interest in product positioning, messaging and persona development.
- Basic familiarity with the SaaS ecosystem and its terminology (churn, MRR, LTV, etc.).
- Initial understanding of how the Sales Funnel operates and the PMM role at each stage.
- Basic knowledge of Product Marketing and Go-to-Market (GTM) methodologies and frameworks.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with emphasis on clarity and simplicity.
- Continuous learning mindset, proactivity in seeking information and strong organizational skills.
- Aptitude for analyzing data and information to help identify competitive differentiators.
