Responsible for defining and aligning the go-to-market strategy, positioning, differentiation, channels and acquisition narrative with product delivery and the company’s strategy for the Transportation vertical (solutions for light and heavy fleets).
Benchmarking, market research and customer research.
Defining customer profiles, personas and segmentations.
Enabling the full sales communication logic.
Measuring product adoption and market performance.
Supporting backlog prioritization, writing user stories and facilitating ceremonies with the squad.
Supporting the construction, tracking and delivery of OKRs and targets together with the PM and GPM.
Supporting the development of the product roadmap.
Leading and directing, from a business perspective, the areas relevant to your role, reporting to leadership including C-level.
Monitoring dashboards, indicators and KPIs to maintain performance and results, interpreting and converting data into opportunity drivers, hypothesis generation and actionable insights (strategic, tactical and operational).
Attending business reviews to ensure the product is functioning optimally.
With a focus on the acquisition stage, you should be in constant contact with leads and able to surface their pains and needs during this stage in order to deliver value to both the customer and the company.
Working collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team of technology, marketing, communications, UX, Data and business.
Requirements
Previous experience in customer acquisition and activation within the Transportation / Fleet segment.
Previous experience as a PMM working within a multidisciplinary squad.
Experience with digital products.
Experience in digital markets such as fintechs and digital wallets.
Experience with agile working methods (Scrum, Kanban, etc.) and technology environments organized in squads.
Experience with OKRs and value engineering for prioritization.
Familiarity with automatic toll payment services in the market, so you already have a basic understanding of how these services operate and the market business models.
Knowledge of the transport, logistics and fleet markets. Experience working with corporate (legal-entity) customer profiles.
