About the role
- Creating high quality orthodontic treatment designs remotely in line with the company policies and clinical standards
- Working with Orthodontic Design Lead to develop the processes within the team and across the company
- Contribute to the development and continuous improvement of treatment planning protocols
- Provide input and support for broader clinical strategy initiatives
- Assist the Orthodontic Design Lead in recruiting, onboarding, and training new design team members
Requirements
- Previous experience working as an Orthodontic Designer.
- Demonstrable experience creating high quality orthodontic treatment plans
- Experience with Onyx Aligner software is an advantage.
- Proficiency in both spoken and written English.
- Ability to work remotely within the GMT time zone.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
