About the role
- Design & Build Presentations: Help develop professional, visually stunning presentations for internal and external audiences, including pitches, reports, and campaign summaries.
- Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with colleagues to understand project objectives and ensure all decks align with N2O’s brand, tone, and messaging.
- Visual Storytelling: Craft custom graphics, infographics, and layouts that bring data and concepts to life, supporting clear and engaging narratives.
- AI-Powered Design: Use AI-driven features (such as PowerPoint Designer, generative image tools, and smart content recommendations) to enhance visual quality, efficiency, and creativity.
- Enhance & Edit: Review, refine, and elevate existing presentations for clarity, visual appeal, and audience impact.
- Idea Generation: Contribute fresh, innovative ideas during brainstorms and project kick-offs to continually push the standard of our presentations.
- Asset Management: Maintain and organise a library of templates and branded assets for consistent, efficient design across the team.
- Support Meetings & Events: Assist with preparing and organising presentation materials for key meetings and events.
Requirements
- Experience: 1–3 years in a presentation design role.
- PowerPoint: Strong skills in PowerPoint with a keen understanding of layout, transitions, and interactive features.
- Design Fundamentals: Excellent grasp of layout, typography, colour theory, and visual hierarchy.
- AI Curiosity: Interest in exploring and applying AI-powered design tools to elevate presentations and streamline workflow.
- Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your presentation work and creative abilities.
- Attention to Detail: High standard of accuracy and quality, even under deadline pressure.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written skills, able to interpret briefs and present your ideas clearly.
- Time Management: Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise effectively.
- Team Player: Positive, collaborative mindset, thriving in a fast-paced, creative environment.
- **Desirable**
- A flair for creative visual storytelling and the ability to translate ideas into engaging visual narratives.
- Competence with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or similar design tools for creating and editing graphics.
- Experience working in an agency or in-house marketing environment.
