About the role
- Edit and produce engaging short-form video and image content tailored for Instagram.
- Schedule and post content consistently across social media platforms.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase followers and engagement organically (not solely through sponsored content).
- Research trends and best practices in social media growth, especially within the food and beverage niche.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and execute creative campaign ideas.
- Monitor account performance and provide insights to improve reach and engagement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably Instagram growth and engagement.
- Strong skills in video and photo editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Premiere, CapCut, Photoshop, etc.).
- Knowledge of current social media trends, algorithms, and best practices.
- Creative eye for content that resonates with food and beverage audiences.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and propose innovative strategies for growth.
- Experience in influencer marketing or sponsored content management. (nice to have)
- Familiarity with website content management and monetization strategies. (nice to have)
- Background in food & beverage marketing or lifestyle brands. (nice to have)
