About the role
- Provide administrative support to Division Director, Chief of Staff and assist with sales-related and administrative tasks.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating meetings with clients and prospects.
- Respond to inquiries from clients and prospects in a timely and professional manner.
- Assist with the preparation of sales proposals and contracts.
- Attend sales meetings and take detailed notes.
- Maintain accurate client and prospect information in our CRM system.
- Assist with marketing and business development initiatives as needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field. Or 5 years of comparable work experience
- Minimum of 2-5 years of experience in an administrative sales role.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a corporate sales environment is a plus.
