Fundraising & Campaign Management: Kick-start and manage GoFundMe campaign, including setting up the page with compelling storytelling and visuals; updating content as needed; promoting through email and social media to drive traffic and donations.
Website Transfer & Management: Migrate existing content from Wix to GoDaddy; extract and organize content; rebuild or integrate content into GoDaddy’s website builder or WordPress; create/revise website content to align with brand and service offerings.
Digital Marketing & Social Media: Run and manage social media ads; monitor performance and report on outcomes; regularly create and schedule posts; build and maintain a strong online presence for the clinic.
Administrative & CRM Support: Set up and manage a Google Sheet; initiate and manage GoRendezvous CRM; automate appointment reminders; manage appointments; handle billing and insurance claims and client reminders.
Client Communication & Growth Support: Flexible communication modes; assist in growing the mobile practice; supporting client outreach campaigns; monitor inquiries and follow up; gather client feedback and testimonials.
Requirements
Familiarity with GoFundMe, GoDaddy, Wix, Google Suite, GoRendezvous.
Basic knowledge of SEO and social media marketing.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
A background in health/wellness, therapy, or mobile service industries is a plus.
English language is preferred (LANGUAGES SPOKEN/PREFERENCE: English).
