About the role
- Manage and grow the company’s social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Create and schedule engaging, informative, and brand-aligned content (graphics, posts, blogs, etc.)
- Develop and implement effective calls-to-action and funnels to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion
- Monitor engagement metrics, track data, and prepare performance reports
- Assist with SEO and keyword optimization to improve visibility
- Support paid advertising campaigns (e.g., Facebook Ads) if needed
- Ensure content aligns with social media algorithms and engagement best practices
- Collaborate with the business owner on digital strategy and customer engagement ideas
- Provide guidance or light support to partner businesses needing help with social media setup or management
Requirements
- Offshore independent contractor required to deliver remote services to clients worldwide
- Proven experience managing business social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Strong content creation skills (graphics, captions, blog writing, etc.)
- Familiarity with social media algorithms and engagement strategies
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword strategies
- Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.)
- Ability to track and analyze engagement metrics and prepare performance reports
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Proactive, creative, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to work 20 hours per week and preferred schedule 4 PM to 8 PM EST, Monday through Friday
- Must operate under an independent contractor agreement and comply with timelines and deliverables
