About the role

  • Manage lead generation, digital marketing, and CRM operations for a Greenville County real estate business
  • Pull and filter ~500 leads/month from First American DataTree and perform skip tracing using Smarter Contact
  • Store, prioritize, and maintain lead data in Lofty CRM; set up notifications and pipeline tracking
  • Prepare and organize leads for weekly direct mail campaigns (~100 mailers/week) using Lob.com; monitor delivery and responses and update CRM outcomes
  • Set up and customize Lofty CRM’s IDX website with lead capture forms and configure Smart Plans/automations
  • Integrate Ylopo leads into Lofty CRM using Zapier or direct integrations and provide ongoing CRM maintenance
  • Configure and manage Facebook and Google PPC campaigns, monitor performance, and optimize within a $150–$250 monthly budget
  • Build and configure landing pages in Lofty CRM following branding guidelines and track metrics like cost-per-lead and website traffic
  • Log tasks, progress, and issues in Lofty CRM or a shared workspace; provide daily updates by 8:00 PM EST and weekly reports on lead generation, ad results, website traffic, and time spent

Requirements

  • Senior Level experience (requested experience tier level: Senior Level)
  • Availability ~20-30 hours/week (approximately 4–6 hours per day, five days per week)
  • Ability to work EST timezone and provide daily updates by 8:00 PM EST
  • Excellent communicator; neutral accent preferred
  • Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and proactively identify and solve issues
  • Experience with Lofty CRM (or similar) and configuring CRM automations, Smart Plans, and IDX websites
  • Experience integrating leads (Ylopo) via Zapier or direct integrations
  • Familiarity with First American DataTree, Smarter Contact (skip tracing), and direct mail platforms like Lob
  • Experience managing digital ad campaigns (Facebook Ads, Google PPC) and building landing pages
  • Experience with data management, lead prioritization, pipeline tracking, and reporting
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proactive problem-solving mindset
