About the role
- Create and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple traffic sources.
- Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for multitraffic channels.
- Manage advertising budgets across platforms like Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Taboola, Outbrain, TikTok, and networks.
- Analyze and optimize traffic campaigns for ROI, CPA, RPM, and other key metrics.
- Identify new traffic sources and test innovative approaches to scale acquisition.
- Collaborate with Paid Search, Content and Product teams to align campaigns with brand objectives.
- Create regular performance reports and deliver actionable insights to leadership.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of different traffic acquisition strategies.
- Proficiency with analytics platforms.
- Excellent communication and project management skills.
- Fluent in English.
- A/B testing and conversion rate optimization experience preferred.
