About the role

Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, X)
Create and curate engaging content tailored to each platform, including graphics, videos, and copy
Manage the social media calendar and ensure timely posting aligned with campaigns and events
Monitor, respond to, and engage with followers to foster community and brand loyalty
Analyze performance metrics and generate reports to inform strategy and optimize content
Collaborate with marketing, design, and product teams to align messaging and branding
Stay current with platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends
Manage paid social campaigns and coordinate with advertising teams when applicable
Handle crisis communication and reputation management on social platforms

Proven experience managing social media accounts for brands or organizations
Strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and audience behavior
Proficiency in social media management tools (Hootsuite, Sprout Social, Meta Business Suite)
Experience with analytics platforms (Google Analytics, TikTok/Instagram Insights)
Proficiency with design/video tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, CapCut)
Experience with Shopify integrations or Klaviyo is a plus
Excellent writing, editing, and visual storytelling skills
Ability to interpret analytics and translate insights into actionable strategies
Experience with influencer outreach and user-generated content campaigns is a plus
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and brand consistency
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Languages: English (neutral accent preferred)
