About the role
- Develop and implement a global social media strategy with a clear vision for growth and monetization.
- Build and maintain a structured, data-informed content plan across platforms.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing SMM team (currently 4+ people); assign tasks and provide mentorship.
- Oversee day-to-day execution with priority on Twitter (X), while supporting Instagram, Telegram, and YouTube.
- Conduct regular competitor and audience research to inform creative direction and positioning.
- Collaborate with Editorial, PR, and KOL/Influencer management teams to support and amplify campaigns.
- Audit content performance, set clear KPIs, and align strategy with key metrics.
- Refresh and optimize outdated content based on insights and evolving trends.
- Finalize and present an updated strategy and a two-quarter roadmap in the first months.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in social media marketing.
- Proven track record of leading SMM teams (ideally 5+ people).
- Ability to define and track KPIs and make data-informed decisions.
- Experience iterating strategies for improved performance.
- Understanding of social dynamics in crypto or media (big plus).
- Strong communication skills; fluent in English.
- Curious, proactive, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Solution- and results-focused mindset.
- Strong interest in crypto, blockchain, and Web3.
