Report to the VP of Analytics and partner closely with GTM and Finance leadership to ensure they have the right data, reporting, and actionable insights to optimize revenue performance.
Set the function’s strategic direction, oversee operations, drive successful delivery, and develop a high-performing team to achieve impactful results.
Develop and execute the Enterprise Analytics team’s annual objectives and roadmap maintaining alignment with Sales and RevOps strategy.
Serve as the primary analytics partner to Sales and Customer Success while ensuring alignment with Marketing.
Cultivate trusted relationships with key cross-functional peers and teams to understand their needs, challenges, and priorities, aligning objectives and initiatives to drive collective outcomes.
Evaluate the function’s current structure, practices, processes, and systems to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, driving initiatives that enhance productivity and accountability.
Establish and manage the function’s key performance indicators (KPIs) aligning with overall Analytics objectives.
Requirements
8+ years of experience in Analytics, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably within the SaaS or cybersecurity industry.
Proven track record of building and leading high performing analytics programs that support Sales and Customer Success.
Strong business acumen with expertise in translating complex data into actionable recommendations
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute plans that drive measurable results.
Solid experience in operational excellence, including process improvements, system optimization, and performance metric management.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively cross-functionally with peer leaders and teams.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the proven ability to influence peers and upward using expertise and data insights, simplifying complex topics, and incorporating feedback into decisions.
Experience in leading strategic department initiatives in fast-paced, complex, and dynamic environments.
Proven success in building and developing high-performing teams.
