About the role

  • Support the Account Service Team for a large client in the brewing industry, which will include (but not limited to) administrative tasks, project management, research, and team organization, etc.
  • Interact with and provide day-to-day communication to internal teams, clients, partners and any other relevant parties involved in the partnership.
  • Assist with the creation of marketing and program materials to support initiatives.
  • Management of internal tracking documents and monthly client reports.
  • Generate call agendas and notes as well as handle scheduling.
  • Support team with research requests.
  • Monitor sports and entertainment industry news and trends.

Requirements

  • An undergraduate degree from a 4-year college or university.
  • Advanced level proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint.
  • Agency experience or previous internship is a plus.
  • Keen attention to detail, accuracy, and personal accountability.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and professionally; both in writing and verbally.
  • Ability to proofread documents and provide quality control.
  • Comfortable with presenting and speaking to clients.
  • Possess a strong work ethic and willingness to help with any task.
  • Approach situations with a problem solving and solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize, organize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Pleasant, positive attitude.
  • Available for periodic travel, some nights and weekends required for event execution.
  • Ability to always maintain confidentiality.
