- Job Summary: The Senior Solutions Consultant role will accelerate new bookings, expansion, and renewal ARR by demoing the 15Five platform to prospects and customers by persona and outcome. The SC is one of the highest level platform solution experts in the business. Time will be spent perfecting demo paths, storytelling, influencing, and working collaboratively with Product, Sales & AM Leadership, AEs, and AMs to win deals.
Requirements
- Successful track record as a Solutions Consultant in the tech space
- Draws energy from being consultative and influencing people
- Experience working in the HR tech industry preferred
- Expertise in market-facing activities, ability to handle tough buyer questions and technical aspects of tech platforms with ease
- Experience and comfort interacting with implementors or executives
- Strong technical skillset and understanding of how features flow into real-world outcomes
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, ambiguous start-up environment where things can break
- Genuine passion for 15Five’s mission and vision
