• Own the end-to-end renewal and expansion lifecycle across a defined strategic portfolio, ensuring consistent renewal execution and quota achievement.
• Develop account-level renewal readiness and expansion strategies grounded in customer outcomes, adoption milestones, and evolving business priorities.
• Build and maintain multi-threaded stakeholder relationships, including executive sponsors, to strengthen long-term partnership stability.
• Generate and progress qualified expansion pipeline through value-based selling, initiative alignment, and proactive opportunity identification.
• Execute coordinated team-selling motions to close complex, multi-stakeholder renewal and expansion opportunities.
• Maintain high-accuracy renewal and expansion forecasts, including disciplined pipeline management, opportunity strategy, and stage progression.
• Proactively identify renewal risks, budget changes, competitive threats, and organizational shifts, developing early mitigation and save strategies.
• Partner closely with your Renewal & Expansion team members as well as key cross-functional partners such as: Customer Experience Managers, Professional Services Managers, Support, Product, and Executive Sponsors to ensure coordinated execution that drives measurable customer outcomes.

• Serve as the Technical Closer and Strategic Co-Pilot for the Mid-Market revenue team.
• Work alongside Account Executives to secure the "Tech Win" by validating complex technical requirements.
• Navigate HRIS integration discussions and translate HR philosophy into technical reality.
• Move the conversation from features to outcomes, ensuring alignment between 15Five’s capabilities and the prospect's business goals.
• Proactive Partnership: Adopt a "Strategic Co-Pilot" mentality and actively participate in calls to elevate the deal strategy.
• Conduct high-stakes, tailored demonstrations that go beyond the "happy path".
• Serve as the authority on the HRIS ecosystem and scope integrations live with IT stakeholders.
• Create "micro-demos" and arm the internal champion with materials needed to sell the solution internally.

Senior Solutions Consultant – Mid-Market

General Counsel

• Own and manage the contract lifecycle process: Manage customer contract reviews, negotiations and deviations, including MSAs, DPAs, SLAs, NDAs, and order forms.
• Own privacy, data protection, and security-related legal matters: Review and manage DPAs and privacy-related contractual terms.
• Lead regulatory and compliance initiatives: Monitor and advise on evolving regulations impacting SaaS, AI, HR technology, privacy, and employment data.
• Provide corporate, HR, IP, and operational legal support: Coordinate with Finance on insurance policies and broker relationships.
