• Develop and maintain a high level of annuity production through the execution of a detailed business plan including training, motivating, and developing successful working relationships with specified Financial Institutions

• Develop and oversee the execution of the GPO Category & Vendor Strategy
• Own the identification and evaluation of new vendors
• Own the development of the GPO aggregation strategy and oversee its execution
• Develop and oversee the execution of the Fulfillment Category, Vendor, and Product Strategy
• Collaborate with channel leaders, business development and customer success teams

• Develop and implement comprehensive plans to attract and expand local and national account customers, ensuring achievement of revenue, gross margin, and net operating income (NOI) targets for the region.

• Responsible for creating and managing relationships with broker/dealer (BD) advisors
• Conduct product and sales training through meetings, seminars and conferences
• Develop appropriate business plan to maximize territorial sales
• Identify and develop top producing advisors and strengthen relationships with existing producers

Regional Vice President – Independent Central

• Lead and manage the development and execution of business plans for achieving established operational plan targets
• Represent UFG externally in the market on behalf of all business units
• Collaborate and manage relationships with key internal stakeholders
• Lead and coach staff with an emphasis on talent management and succession planning

VP – Regional Manager

• Responsible for the growth and profitability of their region and market segment
• Oversee and direct the performance of a multi-disciplinary team of professionals and support staff
• Develop and implement strategic direction, best practices and business plan objectives
• Provide expertise to their team and other staff in policy, strategies and tactics,
• Manage development projects including business requirements and timelines that impact coverages, pricing, rating, systems logic
• Direct the development of pricing strategies using models and methodologies to support a profitable pricing approach
• Communicate and coordinate key profit metrics with Claims Operations, Underwriting Operations, and Agency Operations

Regional Vice President, Commercial Lines

• Lead and support the Consumer Accounts Resolution team
• Work directly with customers to collect payments and resolve delinquencies
• Review collateral and recovery options to determine next steps
• Recommend accounts for collection services or charge-off
• Use skip-tracing tools to locate debtors and collateral
• Maintain accurate and detailed communication logs
• Prepare and review delinquency letters and notices
• Ensure compliance with bank policies, laws, and regulations
• Partner with the Special Assets Group on complex cases when needed
• Provide coaching, training, and process improvement recommendations to your team.
