Technical Project Manager

• Delivery of IT infrastructure, cloud, and workplace technology projects in line with defined scope and milestones
• Delivery support for Azure cloud migration initiatives
• Coordination of infrastructure deployments (network, server, storage, virtualization, cloud integration)
• Delivery of enterprise voice and unified communications initiatives (VoIP, UCaaS, CCaaS)
• Preparation of project documentation including schedules, delivery plans, and risk registers
• Reporting on agreed project performance metrics (scope, schedule, quality, risks)
• Coordination with engineering teams, vendors, and client stakeholders as required to deliver outcomes
• Maintenance of RAID logs (Risks, Actions, Issues, Decisions)
• Delivery of services in accordance with applicable security, governance, and architectural requirements defined by the client
• Contribution to post-engagement reviews and continuous improvement activities

• Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
• Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
• Define and demand resources required for successful project execution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
• Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and quality standards
• Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across global and regional teams
• Choose best methodology to manage the project to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
• Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies

• Lead end-to-end onboarding and implementation for CreatorIQ customers, from kickoff through go-live and handoff
• Align on customer requirements, technical feasibility, and implementation timelines
• Enable customers to confidently adopt and scale their use of the platform by configuring the CreatorIQ platform based on customer requirements, use cases, and package scope
• Support technical setup including data imports, integrations, and system configuration
• Work with APIs, data mapping, and workflows to ensure smooth platform adoption
• Serve as a platform expert, delivering tailored training sessions aligned to customer workflows and goals. Translate technical concepts into clear, easy-to-understand guidance for non-technical users
• Partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, Product, and Engineering teams
• Provide feedback to Product and Engineering to improve platform capabilities and implementation processes
• Apply implementation best practices and continuously improve onboarding processes
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions during onboarding
• Contribute to automation, tooling, and scalable implementation frameworks
