About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead project management execution of Polish STATCOM projects (scope, schedule, cost, quality).
Ensure a smooth handover from project phase to service, securing long-term service readiness.
Act as primary customer interface during execution and early service phase, building strong relationships.
Drive service growth (~35%) by identifying upsell opportunities (LTSA, upgrades, lifecycle solutions).
Support service-related offers and contract negotiations linked to ongoing projects.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure successful delivery and future service expansion.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in project execution within grid / HV infrastructure.
Exposure to service business and commercial processes.
Strong communication skills in English and Polish.
Willingness to travel (~30%+).
