Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and deliver end-to-end technical projects, with a strong focus on automation, AI, and process optimisation
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to define use cases, scope, and measurable value outcomes
Utilize agile methodologies to manage project timelines, deliverables, and team collaboration
Facilitate communication between stakeholders, including developers, clients, and management
Proactively identify risks, dependencies, and optimisation opportunities across initiatives
Support the implementation of governance frameworks to strengthen delivery quality and transparency
Continuously improve ways of working, with a focus on efficiency, scalability, and value realisation

Requirements

What you’ll need

A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in computer science, business administration, or a related field (e.g., cand.scient.oecon. or cand.merc.)
3+ years of experience as a Technical PM in a large international organisation
Hold experience and certification in project management frameworks like Prince2
Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies
Proven track record with leading IT technical projects end-to-end
Domain knowledge of RPA, Ai tools, EDI/API and DevOps is an advantage but not a must
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to identify optimisation opportunities
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel
Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English.
