About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead and manage multiple technical projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget
- Oversee full project lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, and closure
- Define and demand resources required for successful project execution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, IT, and business stakeholders
- Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring compliance with cybersecurity and quality standards
- Facilitate stakeholder engagement and communication across global and regional teams
- Choose best methodology to manage the project to ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
- Continuously improve project management processes and methodologies
Requirements
What you’ll need- Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
- Proven experience in technical project management, preferably in the engineering or IT industry
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with engineering platforms and IT infrastructure projects
- Familiarity with modern project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Azure DevOps, Agile, Scrum)
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
