Supply Chain Development Associate

• Supplier relationship management and facilitation of communication across all collaborators
• Regularly submit to suppliers their performance metrics. Discuss and follow up with them on the action plan to improve their key performance indicators
• Optimize supplier performance and lead times in line with customer requirements, implementing asset management strategies and facilitating supplier agreement with SPE and manufacturing sites to improve on time performance
• Ensure to meet yearly KPI targets and data accuracy in Emerson tracking systems (project tracker tool, Cost impact report) which follows Emerson reporting rules
• Work systematically and expertly in a well-documented manner in accordance with the company rules and procedures including adherence to trade compliance (export / import and supply chain security) regulations entirely
• Optimize costs through effective use of tools and strategic sourcing processes while meeting engineering, quality, and product management specifications and requirements
• Assist with developing a budget for annual spend and savings targets, performing cost analysis, supplier benchmarking, and selection of projects to decrease expenditures and improve supplier performance
• Assist the Commodity Managers to generate and implement efficient sourcing and commodity management strategies in alignment with global business priorities. Report and present results to collaborators
• Perform essential functions to setup suppliers in Oracle, ensure that all Suppliers being setup are accurately vetted and implemented in Oracle
• Assist Commodity Managers across North America on special projects related to direct and indirect suppliers

Supply Chain Specialist

• Support relationships and business efforts with assigned distributors including technical support, product selection, training, sales calls, and general commercial support
• Increase sales and profit margins with assigned distributors
• Assist Regional Distribution Manager to implement HYDAC Corporate Sales Strategy, Distribution Programs along with keeping CRM update for assigned accounts within the distributor (accounts not assigned to Key Account Managers)
• Responsible for coordinating internal resources (IE - Product Managers) as required to support distributor(s) for HYDAC products and solutions including quotations
• Effectively communicate market trends and product competitiveness to management and new business
• New business opportunities should also be communicated to Product Managers for review as required
• Submit a monthly report to consist of target accounts updates, quotation feedback, and distributor updates and training
• Provide HYDAC Corporate with other status changes, as well as forecast feedback for S&OP process

Distribution Sales Manager

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned relationships for Wellabe|Medico
• Strategize, cultivate, and manage external relationships
• Develop retention and growth plans
• Analyze reports, execute sales plans, identify business opportunities

• Ensure high-quality service and issue resolution

• Primary work is 60% travel between January and September

National Sales Distribution Manager

• Lead global FCV logistics strategy, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution network optimization.
• Drive initiatives to improve service levels, reduce total landed cost, and mitigate supply chain risk.
• Oversee logistics service providers (LSPs), including selection, performance management, and contract execution.
• Enable standardization and deployment of logistics best practices across regions by partnering with Emersons Global Mode Team.
• Ensure FCV participation in Emerson’s Mode Team actively and steer the Logistics Spend Strategy and Freight Cost Tensioning for all modes (Heavy Air/ Ocean/ Parcel / Surface Transport).
• Implement Air Freight Spot Bid Process across FCV sites to support cost optimization initiatives.
• Own FCV global indirect sourcing strategy across key categories (logistics, services, and operational spend).

• Support execution of customer supply chain strategies across assigned accounts, ensuring alignment to sales and inventory goals

• Validate forecast accuracy and proactively identify risks, making adjustments or recommendations to improve alignment with demand and seasonality
• Review and manage customer orders, ensuring appropriate quantities and product flow timing to support sales priorities
