Key responsibilities & impact
  • Participate in year-long rotations across key Supply Chain functions based on business needs and development opportunities
  • Build knowledge of end-to-end supply chain operations through hands-on experience in both corporate and manufacturing environments
  • Analyze business processes, data, and performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to solve business challenges and deliver results
  • Develop project management, communication, and leadership skills through structured experiences, mentorship, and exposure to senior leaders
  • Gain experience in one or more of the following areas: Logistics, Environmental Health and Safety, Planning, Supply Chain Analytics & Data Science, Procurement, Food Safety, Manufacturing Excellence and Continuous Improvement, Risk Manufacturing
  • Relocate for rotational assignments as required by business needs

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Operations, Engineering, Business, or a related field completed by June 2027
  • Demonstrated leadership through academic, professional, community, or extracurricular experiences
  • Interest in building a long-term career within Supply Chain
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills
  • Willingness to relocate for a minimum of one year during the program based on business needs
  • Willingness to travel up to 20%
