• Engage with community members through likes, comments, replies, and direct messages

• Research client records in Salesforce or the assigned CRM before responding
• Differentiate existing clients from new leads and route interactions appropriately
• Escalate urgent issues through Slack to the appropriate Team Lead or internal stakeholder
• Monitor competitor mentions and sensitive interactions
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Executive Leadership
• Support lead handoffs and communicate warm opportunities to Sales
• Support community growth and identify networking and partnership opportunities
• Track contacts, proposals, interactions, and follow-up requirements
• Maintain accurate daily documentation and clean handoff records
