About the role

- We're currently looking for top talent to fill the role of Social Media/Growth Manager.
- Full-time - 40 hours/week
- Flexible time zone, with an overlap until at least 1 PM Pacific time.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Own Robyn’s social and growth function end to end
- Get Robyn in front of the right ICP and drive paid user conversion
- Develop and execute growth strategy across Twitter, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Decide what content to post, where to post it, and how to position it for the target audience
- Run experiments to find what messaging, channels, and tactics convert best
- Explore influencer outreach and other distribution tactics to expand reach
- Build a repeatable content/growth flywheel instead of just scheduling posts
- Focus on conversions and revenue impact, not vanity metrics like views alone
- Ability to test paid amplification after organic traction is proven
- Experience with creative/growth experimentation in early-stage startups
- Strong social media and growth strategy experience
- Can own strategy independently
