About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and execute organic social media strategies across multiple platforms
Create and schedule engaging content that aligns with our brand and audience
Identify trends, content opportunities, and emerging formats that increase engagement
Grow audience reach, followers, and community engagement organically
Collaborate with leadership to turn coaching content, events, testimonials, and success stories into social media assets
Monitor social media performance and provide recommendations for improvement
Engage with followers and help foster an active online community
Research competitors and industry leaders to identify content opportunities
Coordinate content calendars and ensure consistent posting schedules
Support video, short-form content, and repurposing initiatives across channels

Requirements

What you’ll need

Deep understanding of US/Canadian culture, language, humor, and consumer behavior
Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and audience behavior
Excellent written English communication skills
Experience creating engaging content for social media
Ability to identify trends and adapt content quickly
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage content calendars
Creative thinker with a growth mindset
Self-starter who thrives in a fast-moving environment
Experience growing social media accounts organically (Nice to Have)
Background in content creation, community management, or social media marketing (Nice to Have)
Experience with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools (Nice to Have)
Experience creating short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, or Facebook (Nice to Have)
Familiarity with the real estate, coaching, education, or entrepreneurship industries (Nice to Have)
