• Act as a trusted enablement and coordination partner to Sales
• Enable sales teams to understand pricing structures, financial impacts, and deal trade-offs

• Own and maintain accurate sales pipelines for commercial and government segments

Sales Enablement Manager

• Own end-to-end management of the sales forecasting process including data analysis and recommendations to sales leadership
• Build and maintain dashboards and reports in Salesforce and other Business Intelligence (BI) tools
• Analyze sales performance metrics, pipeline health and forecast accuracy
• Integrates operational insights from multiple domains to advise leadership
• Support Annual Planning including territory design and quota setting for a Division of the Splunk Americas sales organization

Sales Operations Manager – Splunk

• Assist with the order flow management for all eCommerce and Specialty accounts
• Be the primary point of contact for assigned account requirements
• Investigate and dispute customer-specific operational chargebacks
• Manage the preselect waving process for all eCommerce & Specialty accounts
• Follow up with customer orders and internal operations
• Be the main point-of-contact on EDI onboarding of new customers
• Proactively process and resolve EDI, order, and shipping issues
• Oversee the EDI maintenance from the sales side
• Maintain customer-specific item-level attributes within the ERP system and customer portals
• Propose opportunities for operational improvements
• Provide Operational reporting of daily eCommerce & Specialty account orders to the OPS team
• Provide internal operational metrics to the manager on a weekly cadence
• Execute inventory reservation and ensure inventory accuracy at the account level
• Work with assigned accounts and sales reps, handling all logistical and EDI functions
• Ensure shipments are on time and that all logistical requirements have been met
• Maintain and communicate to the appropriate team members all assigned vendor guide requirements/agreements for each customer
• Review product-level packaging and suggest changes regarding customer-specific packaging guidelines with the product development team
• Perform other duties as assigned and work cross-functionally with others

EDI & Sales Operations Specialist

• Track, analyze, and interpret key sales metrics such as conversion rates, revenue, pipeline health, close rates, and attachment rates
• Identify trends, performance gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Build, maintain, and enhance dashboards and performance reporting
• Deliver clear, actionable insights to sales leadership to drive informed decisions
• Partner with leadership to execute sales strategies and performance initiatives
• Support the rollout of campaigns, promotions, and product launches
• Evaluate and improve sales processes and workflows to increase efficiency
• Ensure incentives align with business priorities such as revenue growth

Sales Performance Manager

• Design and own a structured 30/60/90 onboarding program for new sales reps and account managers
• Build clear milestones, certifications, and ramp tracking that give managers visibility into new hire progress
• Establish a consistent framework for how RevTrak runs discovery, demos, and qualification across the team
• Build playbooks for key selling scenarios: competitive objections, multi-stakeholder deals, and district finance buyer conversations
• Partner with sales leadership to ensure methodology is coached and reinforced, not just documented
• Build the scaffolding that makes managers better coaches — call scorecards, structured 1:1 frameworks, and call review cadences
• Develop onboarding, expansion, and renewal playbooks for our five account managers
• Ensure CS has the skills and materials to drive retention conversations and identify expansion opportunities early
• Act as the traffic controller for existing sales and marketing content — ensuring reps can find and use what already exists, and partnering with Product Marketing to develop net-new materials where gaps exist
• Build a reliable field feedback loop that surfaces what’s working and what’s breaking back to Product Marketing and product

• Drive sales performance, opportunity qualification, pipeline acceleration, and forecasting accuracy across individual contributors and sales leadership by leading the design and execution of core commercial methodologies.
• Architect and facilitate structured deal and opportunity review cadences with sales leadership, reinforcing deal qualification frameworks and advanced decision methodologies to improve sales velocity and win rates.
• Working in partnership with Sales Operations, drive enablement and execution aimed at improving forecasting rigor and accuracy, leveraging data and systems to ensure adherence to standard sales stages and pipeline health metrics.
• Partner with Commercial Excellence to ensure sales teams adopt and leverage the content, processes, and tools necessary to support consistent execution throughout the sales process.
• Analyze qualitative and quantitative sales data (e.g., pipeline coverage, conversion rates, deal velocity) to identify performance gaps and demonstrate the business impact of revenue enablement initiatives.
• Develop and manage segment-specific onboarding curricula to ensure new commercial team members deliver value swiftly.
• Promote a culture of data-driven continuous improvement by monitoring enablement completion, usage data, and sales performance to recognize top performers and identify learning gaps.
