Requirements

What you’ll need
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Four year degree in Business, Marketing or related field preferred
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in sales operations, enablement, or a related field
  • Insurance Industry experience, particularly with a brokerage highly preferred
  • Certification in Sales Management or related desirable
  • Expert level proficiency with Salesforce
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple high-impact projects simultaneously
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office
