Senior Clinical Research Associate – Oncology

• Conducting thorough research into an individuals’ background using a variety of tools, such as databases and public records
• Gathering information, analyzing data, and compiling this information to be entered into a final report
• Processing searches related to background screening reports
• Ensuring all searches are processed and reported according to state and federal laws as outlined in AccuSourceHR’s reporting guidelines
• Ensuring all searches are processed according to client guidelines
• Retrieving public records information and entering said information into our platform
• Analyzing information and comparing data sets to confirm matching identifiers
• Performing other duties as assigned
• Meeting or exceeding minimum standard service requirements

Research Specialist

• Perform study startup, implementation, and closeout activities
• Assist research team with coordination and entry of research data
• Assist with regulatory submissions to the Institutional Review Board, and maintain compliance with all federal and local agencies in accordance with Good Clinical Practice guidelines
• Interact with patients and families for securing informed consent, scheduling research visits, and collection of data
• Maintain documentation for regulatory binder, adverse event reporting, and communications between sponsors and sites

Clinical Research Associate I

• Conduct in-depth fundamental equity research across assigned sectors and securities to identify investment opportunities and risks.
• Build and maintain detailed financial models, including forecasts for earnings, cash flow, and valuation metrics.
• Generate actionable buy, hold, and sell recommendations supported by clear investment theses and market analysis.
• Monitor earnings reports, industry developments, company news, and market trends to provide timely insights to portfolio managers.
• Manage a sector model portfolio and communicate portfolio strategy, positioning, and rationale to investment teams.
• Lead new investment idea generation and identify emerging opportunities within assigned sectors.

Investment Research Specialist

• Manage and meet milestones of clinical studies in compliance with applicable clinical and regulatory standards and in alignment with business needs.
• Accountable for clinical study and site management activities, coordination with cross-functional counterparts and contract research organizations (CROs) in global studies.
• Participate in the design and execution of global studies for regulatory submissions, reimbursement and product adoption, including development of clinical study documents (protocol, case report forms, etc.), study implementation and data management.
• Manage study preparation, activation, enrollment, submission, maintenance and closure activities.
• Participate in administrative activities associated with the clinical department including procedures, training of key personnel and preparation and maintenance of objectives and budgets.
• Ensures appropriate oversight of clinical study and study sites by internal and external resources including, but not limited to monitoring staff, CROs and core laboratories.
• Manage key study investigators; foster and maintain strong relationships through direct interactions with medical advisors and clinical leaders.
• Negotiate contracts with hospitals, consultants, investigators, CROs, database management firms and outside suppliers.
• Supervise training of investigators and site staff.
• Evaluate clinical and adverse event data during the conduct of the study and for completion of clinical study reports and other technical documents.

• Provides oversight and leadership for the design and implementation of Global clinical development activities in support of specific programs within the Neurovascular portfolio.
• Leads clinical science and writing activities for the assigned new product development programs.

• Manages the evidence life cycle for the NV portfolio.
• Accountable for driving and overseeing the assigned clinical strategy initiatives.
• Plays an active role in reviewing ongoing study progress and leading certain aspects of data-readiness workstreams within the assigned clinical trial(s).

Senior Clinical Research Specialist – Clinical Scientist

• Oversee CRO and vendor activities, while also directly contributing to study start-up and conduct activities (e.g., site specific ICF review, essential document review, progress tracking)
• Conduct site initiation and monitoring visits; train and support site personnel on sponsor and regulatory requirements; lead or participate in investigator meetings; prepare or review detailed visit reports and documentation
• Serve as sponsor liaison for assigned research institutions, providing guidance and support to research teams from study start up through close out
• Verify accuracy and completeness of clinical data, source documentation, and regulatory files, ensuring compliance with study protocols, SOPs, GCP, PHI, and global regulations

Senior Clinical Research Associate – Medical Devices

• Supports the execution of registered and non-registered clinical studies for products addressing medical needs and/or commercial opportunities.
• Assists in the review and interpretation of clinical investigation results to support regulatory and product development activities.
• Helps manage operational aspects of clinical trials in collaboration with project teams, ensuring compliance with SOPs, GCP, and country-specific regulations; may support clinical trial budget activities.
• May assist with clinical supply operations, as well as site and vendor selection.
• Contributes to regional or country-specific activities, including: Representing Medtronic from a clinical research perspective and gathering feedback from local customers and regulatory authorities.
