Talent Acquisition Partner

• Full-Cycle Hiring: You will own the end-to-end recruitment cycle across various functions, both tech and non-tech.
• Strategic Stakeholder Management: You will act as a true consultant and partner to hiring managers. You will confidently navigate complex requirements, align expectations, and drive hiring decisions.
• Market Exploration & Sourcing: You will map out the local French talent landscape, building pipelines through the right channels and advising hiring managers on talent availability.
• Process Excellence: You will design, refine, and execute structured recruitment processes that ensure a seamless, fast, and high-quality experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Talent Acquisition Partner, French Speaker

• Collaborate with hiring managers and department leaders to understand talent needs, job requirements, and team dynamics.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and market trends.
• Provide insights and recommendations to enhance the effectiveness of recruitment efforts.
• Utilise various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and direct outreach, to identify and attract qualified candidates.
• Research and implement innovative sourcing techniques to tap into passive talent markets.
• Manage relationships with external recruitment agency partners.
• Review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and evaluate candidates against job requirements.
• Assess candidates' cultural fit, technical skills, and motivation to join the organization.
• Champion diversity and inclusion efforts within the recruitment process, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and reducing bias in selection.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
• Serve as a point of contact for candidates, addressing inquiries and providing timely updates on their application status.
• Partner with cross-functional teams across various geographies to align recruitment efforts with business objectives.
• Communicate effectively with hiring managers and stakeholders in different time zones, providing regular updates on candidate pipelines, challenges, and opportunities.
• Stay current with industry trends, market intelligence, and best practices in talent acquisition.
• Identify areas for process improvement within the recruitment lifecycle and propose solutions to streamline and enhance efficiency.
• Utilize the ATS to manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.

Talent Acquisition Specialist

International Recruiter

• Review incoming candidate profiles and determine whether they fit the type of professionals typically required for NATO projects.
• Conduct structured conversations with candidates to understand: • Citizenship and eligibility requirements • Security clearance potential • Professional background • Preferred locations • Salary and rate expectations • Availability and mobility
• Maintain accurate candidate records and documentation.
• Guide candidates through the initial stages of security clearance preparation and submission processes.
• Build and continuously expand our pool of prequalified professionals who may become eligible for future NATO opportunities.
• Monitor newly released opportunities across multiple NATO related programs and frameworks.
• Use AI tools and internal databases to identify potential candidate matches.
• Review AI generated recommendations and validate candidate suitability.
• Contact potentially relevant candidates and present matching opportunities.
• Collect candidate interest and availability information.
• Transfer interested candidates to the recruitment team for full qualification and submission.

Recruitment Operations Specialist – AI, NATO Projects

• Reporting to our Head of Vendor Management, collaborate closely with Project Management, and Sales teams to translate business needs into actionable sourcing briefs and high-volume freelance sourcing strategies.
• Build and nurture agile talent pools for roles in writing, editing, translation, SEO, and more.
• Screen and qualify freelancers for specialization, responsiveness, past performance, availability, and cost alignment.
• Lead robust rate negotiations, ensuring we're securing top talent while managing costs and margins.
• Facilitate fast onboarding and compliance to activate freelancers quickly across global markets.
• Keep our pipelines and databases updated, organized, and ready to meet fast-arising business demands.
• Maintain regular reports for sourcing stats, open roles, pipeline health, and support commercial teams with transparency around feasibility and risks.
• Operate independently, taking ownership of your workload, identifying process improvements, and driving efficient sourcing.
