• Partner with hiring managers across Marketing (e.g., digital, brand, performance) and Tech (e.g., engineering, data, product) to understand hiring needs, define role requirements, and create targeted recruitment strategies.
• Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to offer stage, ensuring a smooth and engaging candidate experience.
• Build talent pipelines for hard-to-fill and future roles, using a mix of proactive sourcing, headhunting, and employer branding initiatives.
• Manage recruitment tools and platforms (ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards) to track and optimize performance metrics.
• Deliver DEI-focused hiring practices, ensuring diversity and inclusion are embedded into every stage of the recruitment process.
• Own recruitment analytics and reporting – monitor KPIs (e.g., time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, pipeline diversity) and present insights to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure competitive and aligned compensation structures in line with market data.
• Partner with marketing and tech leadership to shape compelling employer branding campaigns that resonate with top talent.
• Stay ahead of hiring trends, talent market insights, and recruitment technologies to keep our hiring practices competitive.

• Lead offer processes, including feedback alignment, preparation, and offer communication.

Global Talent Acquisition Specialist – Maternity Leave Cover

• Dive into the daily applications and identify candidates who align with Batmaid’s requirements.
• Conduct high-volume initial screenings to assess professionalism, experience and motivation.
• Ask the "tough" questions regarding work permits, background checks and legal documentation.
• Accurately update our internal systems with candidate info to ensure a smooth hand-off for the next steps.
• Keep the momentum going to ensure we meet our monthly hiring targets.

Recruiting Specialist, French-speaking

• Source, qualify, and interview candidates for our open roles, primarily in engineering and AI
• Assess candidates for technical background and culture alignment before passing them to hiring managers
• Stay in close communication with hiring managers, leading weekly pipeline reviews to keep searches on track
• Use Tribe's AI-powered platform to build outbound lead lists, manage pipelines, and qualify inbound candidates
• Act as an internal product partner — surface friction, flag bugs, and advocate for improvements directly with the engineering team
• Work with our Head of Talent to identify opportunities to automate and streamline the recruiting funnel
• Share candidates and best practices across the Recruiting team
• Help build the playbooks and processes that keep operations running smoothly as we scale
