About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Source and attract qualified candidates through job boards, social media and proactive outreach
- Screen resumes, conduct initial phone screenings and first-round interviews to identify potential candidates
- Coordinate interviews and support hiring managers throughout the process
- Ensure a great candidate experience from first contact to offer
- Conduct reference and background checks on potential candidates
- Collaborate with People Lead on offers and hiring decisions
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and identify areas for improvement
- Stay updated on market trends and share best practices with the team
- Support employer branding efforts and engage with relevant communities
Requirements
What you’ll need- A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Management, or a related field.
- Up to 2 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, or another people-related role. Internships are also valued.
- Fluency in both Portuguese and English, with the ability to communicate clearly in writing and in conversation.
- A genuine interest in recruitment and a desire to learn how to identify, assess, and attract the right talent.
- The ability to organise your work, manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, and consistently meet deadlines.
- The ability to build trust with candidates and hiring managers through clear, timely, and professional communication.
- A curious mindset, with the habit of exploring different approaches, seeking feedback, and continuously improving the way you work.
- The initiative to identify what needs to be done, take ownership of your responsibilities, and follow through until completion.
