• The Clinical Project Manager at WEP Clinical is responsible for the setup, implementation, and management of clinical trials, ensuring patient safety, data integrity, and high-quality delivery in compliance with applicable regulations.
• This role provides leadership across cross-functional teams, manages client relationships, and is accountable for delivering clinical trials on time, within scope, and within budget.

Clinical Trial Project Manager

Senior Project Coordinator, Service

• Develop detailed project plans for projects including scope, stakeholder and communication plans, risk management plans, and project timelines.
• Work with technical leads to gather and prioritize project requirements and features, and plan building phases.
• Schedule and facilitate project meetings, provide status updates, action items, and debriefings as needed.
• Track project deliverables; prioritize and schedule tasks with project team members; remove roadblocks; and highlight/escalate risks, issues, and dependencies across tasks, project teams, and projects to keep work on track.
• Perform vendor management functions including managing the Request for information (RFI) and the Request for Proposal (RFP) processes, and external vendor deliverables.
• In partnership with the Portfolio manager, and other subject matter experts, develop change management and communications plans that will guide stakeholders through project implementation.

• Coordinate the transition from the Massage Heights service model to the Heights Wellness Retreat model
