• Ensure the timely and flawless execution of Medicaid clinical program mailings, reporting and interventions.
• Measure key performance indicators (e.g. uptake, clinical outcomes, mailing costs, mail return rate, ROI, Star Ratings and trends, revenue, etc.) for assigned clinical products and communicate areas of improvement.
• Assess product capacity for managing new clients.
