About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for the direction and leadership of a product within Palco.
Create and execute a product plan to help achieve corporate goals and initiatives.
Key owner of product roadmap and creator of the vision that fuels the development teams.
Set the vision for assigned product to maximize market penetration.
Prioritize product and customer requirements to meet identified business needs.
Manage internal and external relationships related to the product.
Collaborate with Directors and IT Teams to ensure goals are met and aligned with company strategy.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Experience working with Healthcare, Self-Direction Programs a plus but not necessary.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred.
5 or more years of experience in Product Management.
