About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the direction and leadership of a product within Palco.
- Create and execute a product plan to help achieve corporate goals and initiatives.
- Key owner of product roadmap and creator of the vision that fuels the development teams.
- Set the vision for assigned product to maximize market penetration.
- Prioritize product and customer requirements to meet identified business needs.
- Manage internal and external relationships related to the product.
- Collaborate with Directors and IT Teams to ensure goals are met and aligned with company strategy.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience working with Healthcare, Self-Direction Programs a plus but not necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, Computer Science, Project Management, or related field preferred.
- 5 or more years of experience in Product Management.
