Product Manager

• Own and evolve the cross-product platform strategy and integration roadmap
• Define and optimize workflows that connect multiple products and services
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers to align platform capabilities with business and customer needs
• Support customers and partners in integrating our solutions through APIs and other integration technologies
• Gather customer feedback and translate business requirements into platform improvements.

Cross-Product Platform Owner

• Responsible for the configuration and operation of the KISIM clinical information system by Cistec and its medical surrounding systems at the Zofingen site
• Ensure smooth workflows, system stability and performance
• Continuously develop and optimize applications in close coordination with the clinical departments
• Provide active consulting and support to users on complex issues
• Conduct target-group-specific training and create and maintain comprehensive documentation
• Identify innovation opportunities, evaluate them and implement new functionalities or system integrations
• Actively contribute to the support, customization and further development of additional applications at the group level
• Work closely with clinical departments, external partners and the group's IT teams
• Manage incidents and changes and coordinate with vendors in case of disruptions or change requirements.

Product Owner, Clinical Applications

• - Define and prioritize the backlog for the custody & settlement platform, balancing reliability, operational efficiency, business and client needs.
• - Discovery & requirements: Work with operations, trading, finance, and institutional clients to uncover the real problems, and turn them into clear requirements for engineering.
• - Operational efficiency: Prioritize automation of manual back-office processes to improve turnaround, reduce risk, and lower operating cost.
• - Platform scalability & reuse: Drive the platform toward modular, reusable services so new products and client setups can be delivered faster and more consistently.
• - Client-facing product work: Shape how institutional clients integrate and onboard, and feed client feedback and competitive gaps back into the roadmap.

• - Measure & iterate: Define and track the metrics that matter: reliability, operational efficiency, onboarding time, client adoption, and use them to steer the roadmap.

• Translate customer, market, and internal feedback into requirements, user stories, product concepts, and roadmap inputs.
• Support requirements engineering, including discovery, documentation, prioritization, validation, and stakeholder alignment.
• Join customer and prospect conversations to understand technical requirements and operational challenges.
• Help bridge commercial and technical teams by capturing, structuring, and following up on product feedback.

• Responsible for individual product areas or features — from discovery through specification to delivery.

• Conduct regular customer conversations, maintain structured feedback loops, and validate hypotheses close to the market.
• Create clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with the nearshore development team at our subsidiary.
