About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Responsible for the configuration and operation of the KISIM clinical information system by Cistec and its medical surrounding systems at the Zofingen site
- Ensure smooth workflows, system stability and performance
- Continuously develop and optimize applications in close coordination with the clinical departments
- Provide active consulting and support to users on complex issues
- Conduct target-group-specific training and create and maintain comprehensive documentation
- Identify innovation opportunities, evaluate them and implement new functionalities or system integrations
- Actively contribute to the support, customization and further development of additional applications at the group level
- Work closely with clinical departments, external partners and the group's IT teams
- Manage incidents and changes and coordinate with vendors in case of disruptions or change requirements.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Experience configuring and supporting clinical information systems in the inpatient setting; experience with KISIM is an advantage
- Completed education in computer science with knowledge of clinical processes, basic medical training with strong IT affinity, or a comparable qualification
- Strong process understanding and the ability to analyze and communicate complex issues
- Excellent communication skills and enjoyment in engaging with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong service orientation, initiative and problem-solving skills
- Proactive, innovative and self-motivated team player with a pronounced can-do attitude
- Knowledge of Atlassian Confluence, ServiceNow and Jira is a plus
- Native German speaker; good command of French and English.
