About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Take end-to-end commercial ownership of existing and upcoming products.
- Define and track key product performance indicators (KPIs).
- Work closely with end-customers, partners, and enablers to identify opportunities and translate them into actionable product features.
- Design and adapt product packaging, licensing, and delivery mechanisms for scalability.
- Act as the central hub connecting multiple departments, translating market feedback into product roadmaps and deployments.
- Play a pivotal role in shifting sales motion toward a fully realized 2-tier distribution model.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 5–10 years of experience in Product Management within the networking, network security, cybersecurity, or telecommunications space.
- Proven track record working with indirect Go-To-Market models.
- Strong focus on product-market fit, ecosystem dynamics, and translating end-customer pain points into scalable business models and pricing strategies.
- Ability to collaborate closely with the CTO, Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations, as well as external distributors and enterprise end-users.
- Fluent in written and spoken English; German is a plus.
- Possession of a strong 'get it done' mentality.
