About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Responsible for individual product areas or features — from discovery through specification to delivery.
  • Contribute to the product roadmap and prioritize initiatives based on customer needs, market data, and strategic impact.
  • Conduct regular customer conversations, maintain structured feedback loops, and validate hypotheses close to the market.
  • Create clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria, and work closely with the nearshore development team at our subsidiary.
  • Provide effort estimates together with the dev team, plan realistically, and ensure deadlines are met within the area of responsibility.
  • Help shape processes (Scrum), quality assurance, and releases.
  • Ongoing reporting on progress and challenges against the defined KPIs.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • First to several years of experience as a Product Manager in a B2B SaaS environment; experience in the real estate industry is an advantage.
  • Structured, data-driven thinking and strong communication skills at all levels.
  • Hands-on mentality and enjoyment of close collaboration with engineering, customers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to prioritize complex requirements and make pragmatic decisions.
  • High level of ownership and an independent working style.
  • German: business fluent or native; English: business fluent.
  • Advantage: knowledge of the Swiss real estate market or experience with ERP-adjacent SaaS products and an understanding of property marketing/sales processes and regulatory requirements.
  • Experience in an early-stage or scaling startup environment.
  • Experience collaborating with external or nearshore development teams.
  • French (multilingual platform).
  • Croatian (nearshore development team).
