Product Manager

• Develop and execute the product strategy and prioritize the roadmap based on customer needs, market data and strategic impact.
• Lead the product development process — from discovery to delivery — ensuring alignment with market requirements, scalability and company objectives.
• Conduct regular customer interviews, maintain structured feedback loops and validate hypotheses close to the market.
• Define and prioritize the roadmap; responsible for effort estimation with the development team and for meeting deadlines.
• Manage the nearshore development team in the company’s subsidiary through clear specifications and realistic planning.
• Own time-to-market, processes (Scrum), quality assurance and releases.
• Provide ongoing reports on progress and challenges to executive management against defined KPIs.
